At Sassi Sam we use www.eway.com.au ("eWay") payment system for your glamboyant products. This is at no additional cost to you and you do not have to sign up, it is a very easy system to use. eWay accepts the following credit cards:
If you do not wish to use your credit card over the internet, or are having problems with using your credit card on the website, you can contact us to make a telephone purchase. Alternatively, you can make a direct deposit into our bank account and once your monies have been received your purchase will be posted out to you. Please make sure you include the invoice number in your deposit description.
Sassi Sam has two delivery options available. You can select the regular postage option for $6.95 or you can select the express service for $8.95. Orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours after payment has been received. Generally, deliveries to anywhere in Australia will take between 3-7 working days (depending on your delivery address).
Sassi Sam cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances. We recommend that you provide us with a daytime delivery address where someone will be available to accept the delivery, as a signature may be required. If no one is at the specified address at the time the delivery a notice will be left notifying you of the attempted delivery and providing instructions for collection from your nearest post office or re-delivery.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer a pre-calculated delivery rate to countries other than Australia. We hope to be able to offer this service in the near future, in the meantime, for International orders please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone +61 408 443 033 for assistance. We will respond to your enquiry quickly with a quote and expected time frame for airmail delivery.
We want you to love what you've ordered. We take great pride in our casual wear range and strive to ensure that all our customers are more than satisfied with their purchases and are happy with our proficient customer service! But if something isn't right, please let us know.
Time frame for returns and exchanges
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly provide a refund or exchange as long as you return your unused and unwashed item(s) with all tags attached and packaging intact to us within 14 days of the invoice date.
Returning or exchanging an item
To return or exchange an item(s) please email us at email@example.com as soon as possible. You will be required to return your item(s) with a copy of your receipt. Please be sure to indicate your exchange requirements clearly. If the item(s) you have requested are out of stock or discontinued one of our customer service staff will contact you and discuss some alternative options. Returned items that have been worn, damaged or altered from their original state will not be exchanged or refunded and will be returned to the customer.
Postage and handling policy for returns and exchanges
We regret that we are unable to refund the original shipping and handling costs. However, in circumstances where we have inadvertently dispatched an item(s) that is faulty or that does not correspond with your original order and you wish to exchange the merchandise, we will deliver the exchanged item(s) to you anywhere in Australia free of charge. For all other exchanges within Australia a re-delivery fee of $6.95 will apply (to be paid for at the time the merchandise is exchanged).
For international re-delivery rates when exchanging merchandise please contact us for assistance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Costs will be at original shipping charges.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery, (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) within 3-5 days of receiving the goods at our office.

Please note that we are not responsible for any merchandise that is damaged or lost en-route to us. For this reason, please be sure to pack the item(s) you wish to return and exchange carefully. We recommend using a traceable postage method such as registered or express post. It is your responsibility to ensure goods arrive safely to the return address below:

To make selecting the right size easier for you, Sassi Sam have put together an easy to understand size guide. These measurements are approximate only.
The sizings on the current Sassi Sam products are smaller than usual. It is recommended that you purchase one size larger than you would normally. If you want to double check your size, take a moment to measure yourself following these instructions:
- Measure the fullest part of the bust and your waist
- Keep the tape measure firm but not tight

To keep your Sassi Sam product looking as glamboyant for as long as possible, use a gentle cycle with no bleaching agents; we recommended you use a wash bag. Do not soak. Do not put it in the dryer and when drying on the line, turn it inside out. Do not iron over the print; we recommend you use a warm iron on the reverse. Do not dry clean.
